Welcome to the online auction featuring items from the Lancaster City branch of the Lancaster Public Library System. The library is relocating from Duke Street to Ewell Plaza, and therefore, we are holding an auction for various items. This is your chance to own a piece of Lancaster history! The online bidding-only auction ends on Monday, June 5th, at 7 pm. You can place your bids from the comfort of your own home or business and bid on the items you desire. We have a wide variety of items available, including furniture, storage units, educational tools, and office supplies. Some of the items up for auction include two wooden Windsor style chairs, pedestals, upholstered chairs, a Waterlogic water system, wooden tables, stackable metal and plastic chairs, and round top pedestal tables. There are also metal lockers, metal cabinets, stackable metal shelving units, commercial cleaning supplies, Viper carpet sliding extractor, trash cans and more. For those interested in educational tools, we have an educational calendar rug and Melissa & Doug puzzles, toys, and more. There is also a train table with train tracks and a chair, a Dino bank, and more. In addition, we have various shelving units, including wooden bookshelves, double-sided wooden bookshelves, metal bookshelves with wooden sides, and wooden and plexiglass display shelves. Office supplies up for auction include 2-sided computer workstations, a sharp XE-A404 cash register, desks and cubby units, and picking rights to offices, meaning you can take what you want while leaving behind what you don’t need. We also have various framed prints, including Monet and Van Gogh prints, as well as a Statue of Liberty restoration photo. Items are located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Bidding is available starting on Friday, May 12 and will begin closing on Monday, June 5 at 7:00pm. 2 items/lots will close every minute. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. We recommend placing bids with adequate time left on the countdown to make sure your bids are placed. A public preview / inspection will be held on Thursday, June 1 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm and Friday, June 2 from 9:00am to 12:00pm. You will need to sign up for an arrival time to ensure the H.K.
