Auction of OGM Rights in Pennsylvania

H.K. Keller and CX-Energy are conducting an online auction for oil, gas, and mineral (OGM) rights in Pennsylvania, featuring multiple parcels across various counties. Bidders have the opportunity to acquire OGM rights in regions known for their natural resource potential.

The auction is scheduled to close on Monday, March 3 at 4pm EST, with detailed information about each parcel, including acreage, location, leases and specific terms available for review. Interested parties are encouraged to review all provided materials and perform due diligence prior to bidding.

This auction has a 10% buyer's premium. This means that a final bid of $100,000 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110,000.

To participate in the auction, bidders are required to submit a $5,000 deposit during the registration process. This deposit serves as a commitment to the auction and will be fully refunded to bidders who do not win any parcels.

Buyers will have 30 days to complete due diligence with a possible 15 day extension.

Buyer pays transfer taxes, recording fee, and title title abstract.

Royalties are prorated after March 1.
